At Cowrie, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in their original packaging
Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, smoke, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Intimate apparel, swimwear, or accessories marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
At this time, Cowrie does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of our fulfillment process.
